When Whitney was four, she ran up onstage with Big Bird at a mall performance. She sang and danced the entire show and her mom pretended she didn’t know whose child she was. However, her mom knew she was destined to perform. Whitney was a music major (until she decided she wanted to be able to afford to buy groceries and have insurance at a desk job) and worked with Composer Betty Utter in college who wrote a song for her in the musical “Heidi.” Whitney has performed the past 20 years in musicals and plays around the DFW area.

Favorite roles include Mollie Ralston in Mousetrap, Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes, Judy in 9 to 5: The Musical, Abigail Adams in 1776, Sally Bowles in Cabaret, and The Witch in Into The Woods. Whitney performed for The Pin-Ups and judged talent for Ms. Texas Teen and the Wildflower Festival's Blooming Talents Competition. She occasionally directs kids shows and workshops, is currently directing a play she wrote (because she likes self torture) and enjoys taking tap lessons and spending time with her kids, dog, and her Four For Time friends.
